Event Payment Terms and Conditions

Registrations solely depend on first come first serve basis. Limited seats available. Substitutions are permitted at any time with written intimation. 

No refunds will be processed for cancellations within 10 days prior to the event date.

For all cancellations 8 days prior to the event date, a Cancellation Penalty of 25% on ticket cost is applicable. In case of event cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded.

When you cancel an item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

For all payment returns which can not be processed to the mode of payment, refunds will be processed via check or online bank transfer upon receipt of complete bank account details.

The refunds will be initiated within 10 working days and the payment return process may take up to 30 days depending on the mode of payment.?

JMK Research reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or to remove any person from the venue without any entitlement to a refund if found in breach of any company policy or upon non-payment of event fees or any misconduct before or during the event.

Any unauthorized purchase of event tickets, resale of event tickets, or any other unapproved event ticket purchases will lead to immediate cancellation of tickets and appropriate legal actions may be initiated.
